As part of our 2024 Seasons Greetings campaign, we’re donating 100 trees on behalf of the UP community, reinforcing our dedication to sustainability. This initiative isn’t just about reforestation; it’s about actively shaping a future where businesses lead by example, integrating purpose with progress.

Here’s why this matters - and how we’re turning environmental action into a core part of how we work.

Partnering with Evertreen, an organisation dedicated to global reforestation, was a natural choice. Their mission to restore ecosystems and combat climate change aligns with our core values. Reforestation not only absorbs carbon and enhances biodiversity but also supports local communities by providing stable employment to farmers who help plant and nurture these trees.

Why Reforestation? Why now?

The urgency of reforestation has never been clearer. Trees play a critical role in mitigating climate change, preventing soil erosion, and improving air quality. By planting trees with Evertreen, we are taking a small but meaningful step in the fight for a healthier planet.

At UP, we talk a lot about impact - the brands we build, the stories we tell, and the actions we take. This donation isn’t just about planting trees; it’s about planting change. As we move into 2025, we’re exploring new ways to embed sustainability into everything we do, from long-term environmental partnerships to internal programs that empower our global team to contribute in meaningful ways. This includes our ongoing support for initiatives like Ecocide Law Alliance, which advocate for legal protections against environmental destruction.
