UP acquires UK agency SWC Partnership

UP THERE, EVERYWHERE, the Global Cloud Based Agency, has acquired the UK-based agency SWC Partnership Ltd. 

Reported sales of SWC in 2021/22 were £1.3M GBP, and clients include aPriori Technologies Inc., Eurowings Aviation GmbH, Teledyne FLIR, Mars Petcare, Markforged, Inc. and the region of Wallonia in Belgium.

Founded in Stockholm, Sweden, in January 2011, UP THERE, EVERYWHERE, is the world’s first global cloud-based brand, marketing and digital marketing services agency. UP has a global client base, including such companies as Jenoptik, Galderma, Schindler elevators and Polaroid. UP reported group revenue in 2022 of €9.2 M and has a number of Creative Hubs around the world, including Stockholm, Hamburg, Amsterdam, Helsinki, London and New York. The agency also works extensively in China and Asia.

UP and SWC have already been working on several projects together, and discussions have been ongoing for the past twelve months. 

In 2019, the UP Group also acquired the UK digital and e-commerce agency DPC. Over the last three years, sales in that company have more than doubled. UP’s growth path is based on strategic acquisitions as well as strong organic growth.

SWC Partnership will continue to operate as a separate company within the UP Group.
